These workshops are centered around building trust and effective communication skills in order to help build a better sense of community. Your team will schedule a meeting to talk about the overall goals to be worked through before scheduling a date and time. I will listen and hear your concerns before suggesting a workshop or building one around the needs of the group.
We will engage in various problem-solving activities that will challenge not only core beliefs but also expand our unique perspectives.
