Class will take a deep-dive into what culture is and how we are define ourselves based on our own experiences. Class will create a collage and after will share how those things may limit how we perceive other people and aid in our bias.
Requirements
(Separate Class Groups for Kid 10+ and Adults 18+)
Potential Participants:
This course is designed for but not limited to kids and adults living with mental illness or have a history of substance use in recovery to express and empower themselves managing their treatment.

- To provide clients with a healthy outlet
- To provide a safe space where clients can cope through visual representation
Course Title: PROCESSING AND HEALING THROUGH ART EXPRESSION
Calendar Course Description:
Classes & Workshops can last anywhere from 45 mins, an1 hour, to an 1 ½ hours. All Course Calendar Descriptions, Objectives, and other information will be submitted attached with a course proposal at the time of scheduling a session(s).
Classes need to be cancelled within seven business days of the class. Classes can be rescheduled with a submission of a new proposal with new dates and times. A down payment is required to secure a spot. Any leftover payments are due three days before class is scheduled to take place.
